By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Meme Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License to Use the App

Meme Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal or business content creation, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app or any part of it without our prior written permission.

2. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, edit, publish, export, or share using Meme Studio, including text, images, videos, audio, templates, captions, overlays, and generated outputs.

You confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for any content you use in the app. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

3. Generated Content Disclaimer

Meme Studio may generate or help create content, including text, memes, captions, mockups, fake chat screens, fake social posts, news-style designs, or other creative outputs. Such generated content is provided only as a creative tool. We do not guarantee that any generated content is accurate, complete, lawful, truthful, non-offensive, or suitable for any purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding how to use any generated content before sharing or publishing it. We are not responsible for any claims, complaints, disputes, losses, misunderstandings, misinformation, defamation, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or legal issues arising from your use of generated content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Meme Studio to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Create or distribute deceptive, defamatory, harmful, hateful, abusive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person, organization, brand, or public figure in a misleading way
• Use the app to commit fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, blackmail, or other malicious activity
• Interfere with app security, servers, data, or access controls

5. Creator Tools and Mock Interfaces

Creator tools such as Tweet Maker, Status Maker, DM Maker, Breaking News Maker, Collage Studio, and similar features are intended for entertainment, parody, educational, and creative use only. Any resemblance to real persons, brands, platforms, services, messages, or events is for design or mockup purposes and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, accuracy, or authenticity.

We are not responsible for how you choose to present, export, publish, or distribute such content.

6. Premium Features, Billing, and Payments

Meme Studio may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, one-time purchases, or other billing-based services. Pricing, plan names, features, and availability may change at any time.

All payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for app store purchases are processed through the relevant platform provider, such as Google Play, and are subject to that provider's policies and terms.

By purchasing any paid service, you authorize the applicable billing platform to charge your payment method for the selected plan, including recurring charges where applicable, until you cancel according to the platform's cancellation process.

We are not responsible for failed payments, delayed activation, duplicate purchases caused by platform issues, payment method problems, bank rejections, chargebacks, taxes, or currency conversion fees.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the app store's refund policy. We do not guarantee refunds for unused subscriptions, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction, or unused premium time, except where required by law or platform policy.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate access to premium features while the dispute is under review.

8. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want continued billing
• Premium access may be tied to the active account used for purchase
• Features may vary by plan and may change without notice

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any feature, template, tool, export format, or premium service will remain available permanently.

10. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services, libraries, or platforms including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Realtime Database, and AdMob. We are not responsible for outages, failures, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

11. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, UI, codebase, design elements, content structure, and related intellectual property remain the property of Prap Techie or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Internet, Device, and Data Charges

Some features require an active internet connection. You are responsible for all data charges, roaming charges, carrier fees, and any other costs incurred while using the app.

We are not responsible if the app does not work properly due to poor connectivity, unsupported devices, low storage, insufficient battery, rooted devices, OS limitations, or user modification of the device environment.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meme Studio and Prap Techie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, reputation, business opportunities, goodwill, or content, arising from or related to your use of the app, generated content, billing issues, service interruptions, third-party actions, or reliance on any feature or output.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meme Studio, Prap Techie, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or any feature at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, used the app unlawfully, or created a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
